First, I’d tell my husband. He always gets the fresh off the press stuff! Secondly, my kids.

I wouldn’t have anyone else to tell. I be learned that speaking loud doesn’t make sense due to the fact that people are haters. They will not always congratulate you for being unique or getting a blessing. Sad to said that people, some of them, don’t have your best interests at heart. Also, what’s worse is family members can stunt your growth too.

Instead of not doing this or that, make sure to keep your head up and stay focused! The motto for this season we are in is ‘I’m doing this for 2025’ It can be drinking more water, drying out and getting healthier. It’s not a resolution, it’s a habit to keep and break old ones.

Note: it takes 21 days to make it a habit and 40 days to break it off. Or something like that. As we adjust to the new climate we are in, dedicate yourself to break a habit and create something new!

I’ll try to write more and also will be creating some more content! Might even throw in a workbook or something. I’ll post it with links. Y’all, we can do so much in such a small space of time. Let’s build it up and each other!!!
